Compare and contrast the Scientist example to the students in the classroom.

Scientist case: Water to Ice: Scientists make observations about ice and water. They ask an essential question and students have discussions about the differences between ice and water.
Classroom case: It's All about Listening: It is extremely important for teachers to listen to their students conversations. Whole group and small group discussions are great ways to determine students learning. It also gives students the opportunities to listen to other students conversations.
