Desmos is a very useful math website. Desmos is an online graphing calculator that creates graphs, equations, and data. Desmos is user friendly that allows students to easily enter equations, plot functions, and adjust graphing settings. Students are such visual learners. I love the way the students can visualize equations, intersecting graphs, and what it means to solve each type of function. Desmos also has premade activities and lessons that are designed to help students learn math concepts in interactive and engaging ways.
I tell the kids that Desmos could be their best friend if they take the time to get to know it. Desmos works with students in Pre-Algebra through Calculus. I
