Digital Literacy-Share Resource

Mandey Kinzenbaw
I really like the site Edpuzzle.  I have been out of teaching full time for the last 11 years and this is one area I would have to really get up to speed in if I ever go back full time, all the different websites you can use to enhance learning!  EdPuzzle offers videos that you can embed questions in, see how long a student took to watch the video, keep them from skipping through, and get instant data on how the kids performed on the questions.  It is pretty amazing there are several, standard based videos and quizzes to use as well as the ability to make your own.  I have seen some sites that are somewhat similar to this when I am subbing and the kids really enjoy them.  I think it is a win-win for students and teachers to utilize a site like this.

Edpuzzle sounds interesting.  I teach Construction and use a lot of videos on how to do certain projects and how materials are produced.  Adding questions in on the videos may implicate to my students what aspects are important.  Thanks for the idea.
