Digital Literacy - Share Resources

Linda Manley
In collaboration with their social studies state unit, my 4th graders create an interactive Google Slides presentation about one state. I am excited to try the following resources! Communication: Tagxedo. Students could keep a list of keywords regarding their state and at the end of the research time frame, create a word cloud using Tagxedo. It would make a great introductory slide. Collaboration: Mural. Students could post the items that stood out as interesting and see what smilar or different things also interested their classmates. Create: Animoto. Students could create a video depiction of historical events of their state.
Organize: Coggle. This looked like a really fun site to arrange all the places the student would like to visit in that state. Critical thinking: Cacoo. Break down the important products and industry and explain how they benefit the economy of the state. Hopefully each of these products could be saved and inserted or linked into a Google Slides presentation.
