Digital Literacy

Thad Tussey
The resource that I spotted is mindmeister.com.  This website includes an education tab that has software for students to create presentations, improve their learning effectiveness, outline essays, and collaboration with others.

The presentations mode allows students to display information and browse material.  Students can use this to complete assignment requirements in a class.  Also, this presentation mode can be utilized by students to present their information during student lead conferences.  Previously, students have had difficulty with having a flow to their student lead conferences, lacking a direction and talking points that link together.  This addition to student lead conferences would make the presentation more visually appealing and easier to follow along with what the student is explaining.
