I would use the following with students:
Communication - Remind - students could sign up with me and I could send them reminders of assignments and other things
Collaboration - Google Drive - students can share things with each other and work together as multiple people can edit documents
Creativity - Prezi - students can collaborate on presentations
Critical Thinking - Kahoot - I could use this with students to review for quizzes and tests
Organization - bubbl.us - students could use this graphic organizer to help with writing assignments
There are some pretty interesting resources available for teachers and students to use that are free.
