Digital Literacy

I absolutely love KAHOOT as a formative assessment that excites the kids! I have only experienced it a handful of times during Interventions, however, I am obsessed. I am an art teacher and a mobile one at that, so quite often I travel rooms that are not 1:1. In fact, I have only gotten my own IPad two months ago to use in conjunction with my cart. I am excited to learn how to use Google Drive in order to document my artists' work and have been researching a way to share via the website Artsonia. I currently use Pinterest (who doesn't?!) to help stay organized and the kids love looking through my boards when we have some free time in order to look at what other grades are doing or to explore artists that we have not quite learned about yet. I try very hard to implement interdisciplinary curriculum and the site Little Bird Tales looks like a great way to connect art, Literacy and storytelling.

I have used Kahoot for a variety of ways. The kids always enjoy using it!

I don't have much experience with Kahoot, but I have heard the students talk about it and they really get excited.

I have used Kahoot also and the students do love it.  I have since discovered a new site, Quizizz.  I have found this to be just as effective and from an educator's stand, I can get better feedback on each individual student.  Just wanted to share.  As an educator, I am always looking for new sites to try and keep up or ahead of my students and keeping learning "fresh".

I also have used Kahoot with students, as well as with staff during professional development sessions, and it is a quick and easy way to increase engagement and gain feedback on what is know vs. unknown or unclear.  I looked at Quizizz as well after you mentioned it, and would like to start using that as well to mix things up a little bit.
