I have used Prezi with students doing vocabulary review before. Students make a Prezi presentation using 10-20 of the vocabulary terms they are studying. Then later they play the Prezi and have to tell me the term as they watch the definition or demo they created. It is a nice interactive assessment, as opposed to pencil and paper.
