Google Drive

Google Drive is a collaborative tool that will make your life so much easier to collaborate with your team or families.  Share and organize your files so others can view, edit or comment on them.

I use Google Drive SO much. It is great for sharing resources with students, whether that be videos, documents, spreadsheets, or forms/quizzes. They can share things with one another to work collaboratively. It also allows me to create a "template" which I can set to "view only" when I share. Students then have to make their own copy to fill it out. This saves time when I want students to start with a certain format, but having them create the template itself would normally be a huge time-eater. I save a lot of files to Google Drive so that I can access them from anywhere. I can even use my phone to take video, pictures, or create new documents on the go, and then upload them to Google Drive to use at work! It's a great tool!

I have been using GoogleDrive for a couple years now and love it! At work, we have moved to OneDrive but still have things stored on GoogleDrive for example our building weekly notes. All staff can access, including paras and custodians which has made planning events across the building so much easier! Personally, I love how it holds everything I need between devices and is accessible from ANYWHERE with a wifi connection.

I agree completely how useful and helpful Google Drive is within schools. I work in a high school where all students use their Google Drive to create slides, documents, e-mail, etc.  Everything is so easy to access, share and is automatically saved.  Thanks for sharing!
