KaHoot

Meg Wheeler
I use KaHoot within my classroom as an additional tool for critical thinking.  We use KaHoot often times for students as a learning target knowledge check prior to formative or summative assessments.  The students all seem to enjoy it, and they are very engaged in the content review.

Students love Kahoot at our school.  Most of the teachers use it for quick assessments to gather information.  They have used them to start a class, as an exit ticket or a time filler.  The students seem really engaged and excited when they use Kahoot.

We have used Kahoot a lot in our building and in professional learning opportunities and everyone seems to pick up their level of participation anytime a game is played!  Another resource I shared above was GimKit, this has similarities to Kahoot and is a fun way to learn.
