Kahoot and Audacity

Wendy Luedeman
I use both of these items in my music classes.  Kahoot I use as a means to assess student learning.  THEY create the quizzes and we play them as a class during our music history units.   By creating the questions, I can really see what they know and understand rather than guessing the right answer

I use audacity as a primary means to record my performers and performance ensembles but I have not found it to be user friendly for my students.   It is a method for me as an adult.  Would not recommend it for student use.

My own kids love Kahoot when they get to use it at school to review for a test. They seem to think its a lot of fun.  Thanks for sharing.

Kahoot sounds like a great way for students to take charge of hat they are learning.  Great way to connect with the topics and "be the teacher."

Thanks for sharing!

I agree that KaHoot is an excellent way for students to review prior to assessments.  It is another unique tool to use as an additional instructional strategy.  Students really seem to enjoy it.  Thanks for sharing!
