Google Drive - collaborative is a great tool for my classes group project. Students can meet anywhere anytime without traveling. Teaching in a rural school can be a bit of a challenge. Students may live 20+ mile apart which makes working on group projects a challenge. Students can be working on the same document at the same time in different locations. I, as the teacher, can check the progress of the group and can monitor the collaborative process of the group. I like sitting at my computer and having the ability to see the progress of my students and add suggestions to their work.
