I think ToonDrop would be a motivating way to encourage students to write and then share their writing with others.   Cacoo, being able to work on diagrams simultaneously, could be used in small group setting when working on a project---instead of having students do the older method of large paper and writing it out, they could do on line and present. Prezi would easily be used in many situations for students to share information learned with each other or a large group setting. I looked at Mind Map and though it was very easy to use, I thought it was pretty simplified over some other organization systems and probably would not use it much.  Drop box is a great way to have student share their work or even staff share items with each other.
