Prezi would be a great way to share a small group international foods student presentation. Zimmer Twins would be a fun way for the students to show their creativity in dialoguing about a topic on nutrition. If done properly, Kahoot would be a great interaction tool. Caution: It appears that the kahoot games can be written by students so teachers must be careful to view other Kahoots for correct information before allowing student access as a teaching tool. I saw some that were not very well designed with incorrect information and were incomplete. I love Pinterest as an organization tool for the recipes for the units in my classes so they are shared with students. It is quite attention getting.
