For communication and collaboration I like to utilize Google Drive. I think its a great way to not only work on things with others but also share them. I have never used prezi but I would like to learn how to for creativity. Lastly I have used Picasa to organize my photos.
I really like the idea of having some way to organize photos! My current method is several acid free boxes in a large tote....not a very easy to enjoy them.
