Communication - I use Google Classroom daily. I have fourth graders and I use Classroom to distribute information to them for every subject area. This includes links, files on Drive, PDFs for reading purposes, etc.
Collaboration - I used to use Today's Meet as a back channel (or chat room, kind of) but it is no longer available. So recently I've been using backchannelchat.com.
Creativity - I really like EduCreations for math for students to be able to teach a mini-lesson. I use it as an evaluation tool.
Critical Thinking - I do Coding lessons once a week and typically use code.org. Throughout the week I assign these apps: Daisy the Dino, Kodable, Hopscotch, and Scratch
Organization - Currently we use Google Drive
