I really like Kahoot it. At the young levels this allows you to check student understanding, but in a fun and engaging way with the students. I also enjoyed POWtoons. This is something we have worked with before (with adult learning) and I think that it would be fun to allow students to try it out and create a project that demonstrates their understanding of a concept.
