Creativity: Photoshop Express and Garageband -- I use these on laptops and desktops with my kids but I am excited to see the iPad versions listed here.  They now have an online version that I believe will work on our Chromebooks.

Critical Thinking: Scratch is a powerful coding program that can be used with "touchable" components so kids not only work with the coding but can have hands-on components complete tasks for a more 3-D feel.

Organization- Evernote-I use this for anything I want to save to keep it all in one place.  I can come back to it any time I want and I can access it from any of my devices.  This would be good for kids to learn to organize outside of Google Drive since they may not have the school g-mail account after they graduate.  This has folders to organize, a great search feature, and ALL types of files and notes can be put in it easily.

Collaborate- Prezi -- I have to say that I love Prezi.  It is a powerpoint with WAY more flexibility.  The viewing is totally interactive and non-linear.  It can be built upon so only parts of the presentation are shown or all of it, depending on the audience and time allowed.

Communicate- Penultimate -- This works well on an iPad if you want to WRITE your notes instead of type.  It pairs up with Evernote so whatever you write in penultimate can be saved in Evernote so everythings is all in one place and organized into folders.
