I chose the resource named Pixton. This resource allows users to create comics on a variety of topics to demonstrate their understanding of a subject. It also has pre-made lessons including comics that educators can incorporate into their current curriculum. As a special education teacher at the K-2 level I especially liked that there are lessons for my age group and area of need. I also liked that students who were creating their own comic had the option of including characters with special needs such as wheelchairs or hearing aides. I feel that this resource would be especially engaging for students.
