I like how symbaloo organizes all sites and resources that you need into one spot. You can also make different tabs so you can keep all math sites and resources together and all reading resources together. This would be a great way to build independence using a computer with younger students. I also think you could include legitimate sites so that students can become more familiar with what good sites look like.
