I've used most of the ones that were mentioned in the posts. One resource that I've used in the past that was useful is Google Sites. It lets the kids design a working basic website to fit a larger assignment that can be added to as a final project throughout the semester.
It is also a great resource for a teacher to use because we can create content and upload it to the class website and only have to do it once instead of re uploading material every trimester, semester, year in something like Google classroom.
