You tube can be a valuable teaching resource whether it is providing an educational video or as a tool to help a student with a new topic. As a former math teacher, I would let kids know that if they got stuck on a math problem at home to utilize a you tube video to give them the needed explanation. This cut down on the numerous questions at the start of class each day about our previous work.
