I think YouTube has a wealth of videos to share with students.  The problem would be to separate out the junk from the good.  In preparing for a class, I could spend hours looking for relevant videos to show the class.  They can be short and to the point.  One example would be a recreation of science experiments we either don't have the equipment for or are too dangerous for the lab at school.
