I would use Google Drive with my students to keep all documents organized and easy to find/share with others.

Google Drive is a great organizational device for keeping track of student products, and information does not get lost.  

I think it is a must for students to use Google Drive to learn how to organize files and folders as well as share information with students.  It is also a great way for student to do a project together.

Sometimes it is easy to get caught up in all the different tech tools out there but the Google Apps are very useful in all areas: Communication, Collaboration, Creativity, Critical Thinking and Organization.
