Padlet, one of my favorite communication tools

Jane Trotter
I have used Padlet and shared with other educators for a few years but recently it has undergone some great updates.  Check out this Padlet that shares "the best padlets out there on educational topics". https://padlet.com/gallery/edu

Padlet resembles a bulletin board with sticky notes on it.  These may be organized in different ways depending on the user's intent. Within a sticky, each participant may share recordings, video, web links, documents, and photos.  It can serve as a great curation tool for group collaboration during research, also.

Thank you for sharing Padlet, I am amazed by the tremendous resource this provides teachers.  As a big Roald Dahl fan, I was excited to see all kinds of supplementals to go along with specific courses.  It's so good to feel like you don't need to create your own material, and you certainly would find resources that would supplement your objectives as there as so many to choose from.  I will definitely be using this both for to add understanding and fun to their reading material, and for finding activities that cross content areas.

Thanks for sharing some of the ways to use Padlet. I have seen it used before but didn't realize all of its functionality. It would be a great brainstorming resource. This is an application I definitely want to investigate more.
