I would use Google Drives for collaboration. I can store my videos, recipes, and documents that are used during the quarter for my students. Then my students can share their homework with me without worrying about an assignment being lost.  A student can review the recipes we are doing in class, if they miss a cooking lab they can access the recipe to make at home.

I love Google Drive!  The key is to make sure the folders for classes/assignments are set up so assignments for easy organization.

Google drive is very easy for students to use.  I think the best thing is that students are able to collaborate and access their information from anywhere they can access the internet.

Thank you for sharing. I could use Google Drives to store short pieces of music so that my students could listen over and over in order to learn to identify the sould related to a composer. Students could work in pairs or groups and quiz each other.

I constantly use Google Drive with my staff.  We formally had our own district shared drive, but Google Drive has filled that need and allowed for real-time collaboration at staff meetings.  One of the easiest ways I use it is to collaboratively set agendas for upcoming meetings.  I will get the agenda started and then other committee members can add agenda items as needed.  We can all take a look at the agenda the morning of the meeting and plan accordingly.
