I think I could utilize the Remind App in my classroom as most parents have access to a phone, not all have Facebook and or social media to get daily updates.  

I like this as well. Have not yet used it. For special events we'd love to spread the word on, especially extracurricular, where a student's achievements may be highlighted, this could be ideal.

Does this app require a cell phone? Or can it be used for a land line as well?
