Zoom

I have discovered Zoom during the quarantine.  We've used it as a staff for meetings about how we are going to continue without being able to be in school.  I've also been involved in virtual meetings for another online license renewal course.  It's been very nice to visually be able to connect with others.

Yes!  Zoom is a great way to connect with others during this trying time.  As long as each student has access to Zoom and internet connection it is also a great tool for teachers to connect with their students.

I also discovered Zoom during this quarantine.  We have used it for team meetings and also to keep the students connected with each other.  I have also used it to stay connected to my family and helping my parents stay connected with their grandchildren.  We have used it to play bingo, a game the kids like playing with their grandparents.

We have used Zoom off and on over a period of time. Since the quarantine started our district has used Zoom for team meetings as well as administrative meetings. Classroom teachers have also utilized it to stay in touch with their classes. Students have also enjoyed speaking to and seeing each other.  The students even played a game of scavenger hunt while utilizing zoom.  It has been a good resource especially over the last couple months.

We have used Zoom to have class meetings.  The students like to see each other and share what they are doing.  

Yes, Zoom is great.  We primarily use Google Meet b/c Zoom apparently has had privacy issues but the functionality is nice in terms of being able to raise hand and change backgrounds and the default layout is nicer than Google Meet.

My school also has been using zoom. Is a good way for the teachers to connect with students and students connect with other students.

Zoom seemed a little difficult at first...but definitely gets easier after a few meets.
