A colleague of mine recently used Kahoot in his middle school music classroom.  The students seemed to enjoy the "game" aspect of the assessment.  I am considering using Kahoot in my general music class as one of the forms of a casual assessment.

I have used Kahoot for many informal grading purposes. My class loves using it for math and the engagement of all students increases when using Kahoot?

The opportunity for casual assessment that Kahoot could provide in a general music classroom setting is appealing to me as well.  I believe it would appeal to students, too.  We used Kahoot in a staff meeting this year.  The staff was engaged and the atmosphere was energetic.
